Andrea Jane Corr MBE is an Irish singer songwriter musician and actress. Corr, along her fellow members Caroline Sharon and Jim, began their career in the role of The Corrs' lead singer in the year 1990. Andrea Corr is Irish singer-songwriter musician. Andrea Corr is an Irish singer, songwriter and actor. Most Excellent Order of the British Empire was presented to Andrea Corr. But, she's most well-known for her Celtic and pop-rock group The Corrs. She sings and plays several instruments for The Corrs. Beginning her acting career in 1991 Andrea later emerged as an accomplished musician and stage performer. She sang in the playback of Warner Bros.' 1998 animated feature film The Quest for Camelot. Andrea has six studio albums to her credit. She also has two compilation albums, four live albums and an album of mix. Andrea has received awards for her work in the field of charity too. Andrea along with her husband, a stockbroker, have two kids. Andrea's first lesson in music was to master the Tin Horn. Gerry introduced her to playing piano. Andrea can also play the ukulele. Her teenage years were spent improving her musicianship skills. She began by practicing with her brothers and sisters as well, before she became an eminent singer of the band. Andrea was a pupil in Dun Lughaidh Convent and was a part of various school productions.
